Hi Folks,
Its time for 'So very British' at Try It On Tuesday!
This one took me out of my comfort zone -I know there are a lot of lovely 'British' stamps available this year, and great for the Jubilee, but, I just haven't bought any! So thinking cap on - got DH to draw me a a teapot and cups, which I then printed onto 2 pattered papers, half a doily from a pack bought in the supermarket, gingham paper and the table was set for tea. The letters are cut from the TH Vintage Market die, inked and coated with Glossy Accents, I set them at an angle, which looks fine on the card, but the pic looks messy for some reason!
I hope you will join us ans show us your 'Britishness' The rest of the DT have created some fabulous inspiration for you, so please pop over to TioT for the full details.
I am entering this card in
Make It Monday - Anything Goes
Paper Pretties - Embossing - (embossed background)
Secret Crafter - Food & Drink
Before I go, would just like to say 'hello' to my new followers - it's lovely to see you and thank you ALL for your lovely comments, I really do appreciate them, especially when I have been such a bad blogger lately.
