Well after bombarding you with lots of posts last week, I don't know what happened to this week!
This card has been on my desk all week in various stages waiting to be assembled and if I'm not quick I'll miss the challenges it was designed for!
The image is from Inkylicious, borrowed from crafty friend Diane.
The challenge over at Craft Room is Pins/Charms - improvised and made my own from a broken pearl necklace. The feathers and organza ribbon were both died with a mix of Bundled Sage and Tumbled Glass DI.
I stitched all layers, I love this effect - don't know why I don't do it more often !

ReplyDeleteWonderfully put together... the colours, the image, the gorgeous pearl pins, and that delicate green ribbon - just lovely! And I'm so envious of those who can get a sewing machine to behave for them - I'm with you, I think the stitching looks fantastic!
