Travel at Try it on Tuesdays

Hi Folks,

The theme this fortnight over at Try it on Tuesdays is Travel, and you can interpret this as Places or Modes of Transport or anything else Travel related - its up to you.

For my card I have used IndigoBlue Background Map, stamped 4 times and the main image is Clarity Stamps.  This was stamped twice, and I tore sections of the image and then mounted on 3d pads. All this was distressed with Tumbled Glass, Antique Linen and Vintage Photo DIs. The wings of the dragonfly were coated with Frosted Lace Stickles, and the clock faces coated with Glossy Acents..

I hope you will join us for this challenge - we would love to see your 'journey'

I am entering this in:
  Eureka Stamps - Anything Goes
  Penny's Paper Crafty - Masculine
Anything Goes - Make Your own Background
  Everybody Art - Anything Goes

Thats it for now and thanks for looking.

Avril xx

  1. Stunning card Avril. Love the image and the colours. I like the way you have added dimention to you card aswell by using smaller layers of the same image over the larger image. Have a great day.
