Fly Home Little Heart

Hello, it's time for a new challenge at Fashionable Stamping and this time it was my turn to pick the theme, Things with Wings.
A few weeks ago you may remember I did a workshop with Hels Sheridan using the Melt pot and Beeswax, and, so I don't forget, decided to do another. I started with a piece of mountboard, cut a piece of music paper, (I thought the title of 'Fly Home Little Heart' was quite appropriate with this image) some random stamping. then came the papers, again some random stamping and all shaded with Dusty concord. My main image, I've had for a long time and don't remember the make,Tim Holtz sentiment and then everything coated with the hot beeswax.
My flower, cut from the same paper pad, also got the wax treatment along with a couple of extra butterflies for dimension. This was a bit difficult to photograph, but it does have a wonderful sheen thanks to the beeswax.
It would be lovely if you could join us for this challenge, and one lucky random winner will receive a $20 online spend from our sponsor Flonzcraft.  Don't forget, we are a stamping challenge and must see stamping on your project.  Please pop over to the main blog for all the details and to see the wonderful makes from the rest of the DT.
I am entering this at:
Craft for the Craic - Wings
Stamps and Stencils - Anything Goes
  Altered Eclectics - Anything Goes
Rhedds Creative Spirit - Altered/Mixed Media

Well that's it for now, hope you're enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend.
