Autumn Colours for FSC

Hello, time to tell you about the new challenge at Fashionable Stamping which this month is Autumn Colours.  We have  Flonzcraft as our Sponsor and they are offering one lucky random winner a $20 spend in their online store.
I've used that sassy lady from the Dylusions Couture stamps as my focal image and paper pieced her clothing.  The background was coloured with Distress Inks before stamping a leafy canopy with Versamark and heat embossing with Bronze EP , I've also added some leafy branches using DIs. through a stencil.

    Love the catwalk meets Autumn Avril. The leaf canopy is gorgeous over the beautiful model image standing in the leaves that have fallen to the ground. Great design xxx

    Wrapping my knuckles after seeing your amazing inspirational make Avril.

    I bought this stamp the first time you showed her on your blog (which was eons ago) and she has never seen the light of day let alone had any ink slapped over her body. Promptly got her out dusted her off and watch this space. Thanks again for the fabulous inspiration sweets.

    She is a beautiful model....I think my favourite thing on here are the leaves at her feet that are just gating me in the mood for my upcoming trip to New England:-)

    This is such a fabulous card Avril. The background is blended beautifully and I really like your layout. I love the sense of space around your sassy lady and how you've stamped the fallen leaves at the base of your card. The colour palette just shouts out Autumn, I love it. Sandra x
