There's a new challenge over at Try it on Tuesday and for this fortnight the theme is Hand Made by You - so nothing digital or shop bought.
I've finally managed a play with my new Tim Holtz crayons in the pastel colours. I started with a piece of pearlised card that I embossed in the Cuttlebug. I scribbled Spun sugar, Tumbled glass, Shaded Lilac and Cracked pistachio and blended with my fingers. I used a Tim Holtz Tattered floral die for the shabby roses and the Thinlits Garden Greens. The 'Wishes' sentiment was cut from the Thinlits Handwritten Holiday die set.

Very beautiful card Avril with wonderful colours. The roses are so well made. I tried those a few times but they never looked like yours unfortunately
