Friends

Our current challenge at Try it on Tuesday is 'Inspired by a Word'  so I thought I'd share this card I've just made for DD.  Again I have used the word Friends as my inspiration.  The stamping is done on an Oxide ink mop up, but I think the pale colours suit this image.  Apologies for the shading on the photo, but DD has taken the card before I checked the upload.

This image is a bit different for me, but I've felt in a rut as far as crafting is concerned, so after a visit to a craft show and a little spend on some 'different' stash, this felt like a breath of fresh air, so there'll be a few more whimsical pieces appearing I'm sure.

    Loving the whimsical images and font of the words, looks good on the soft inky background and would work well for any age group I think.

    LOVE your whimsical girl - just my cup of tea :-) She's so cute...no, I don't really do cute either but 'different' is also cute because it makes me smile, lol. The paler colours look wonderful. I really love this page, Avril.
