Summertime

It's Summer!  and what do you - well - 'We're All  Going' ...……….on a Picnic.  A fun journal page for Chris's theme over at Art Journal Journey.  I've used part of a napkin that came in some 'happy mail' from my lovely friend Yvonne and as they're in the garden, there's a few stamped flowers too.

I've also made a tag to join in the fun  at Tag Tuesday where the theme is Sunshine.
I've added an old  IndigoBlu sentiment, (which  I thought I'd made a mess of the stamping, but on checking I noticed it's a 'distressed' type! )  I thought this sentiment was quite apt for our British Summer as in my part of the country we're a bit lacking in in the sun department and have had some torrential downpours today.

    Oh yes, lets!! The weather is supposed to be improving this weekend but we too had a terrific thunderstorm today and were watching rain pouring down and blowing in gusts off the rooves opposite!     So sweet your animal picnic and so nice and soft coloured. I like that much.
    The Tag looks also very nice. Nice stamps and you used them perfectly as ever.
    We have had sunshine for weeks and no rain, please send us your rain for the plants. ;)
