Boys and Girls

It's time for a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday an this fortnight it's Boys/Girls/Children.

I've made a Birthday card for DD's God Daughter- she's such a cutie and this little paper doll just suits, especially with the Sugar and Spice words.  The background was a mono print with Oxides over an Oxide sprayed piece of card and the words are computer generated.  The sentiment was stamped in black and clear embossed.

The rest of the DT have some fabulous inspiration, so please pop over to the main blog for all the details.

I am entering this at Allsorts, where the current challenge is Feminine.

Thanks for calling in,
Avril xx

  4. Great card Avril. This girl is one of my favorite TH people. And that poem was often quoted to me by my mom. Not as the sugar and spice part but the part about when she was bad she was very very bad. Smile. Happy September. Hugs-Erika

  16. What a lovely background, Avril - perfect shades for a little girl. That's a lovely image - a TH paper doll, I think? She's so cute. My GD is more into humour and unicorns these days but I think even she would love this. It's a perfect card for a little girl.
