Have Fun with Stencils

The new challenge at Try it on Tuesday is Have Fun with Stencils, well I certainly had fun doing mono prints with my stencil.
I made quite a few backgrounds by spraying Oxide inks over my Flourish stencil,  and then flipping the stencil to print, drying and then drying with a heat tool, spraying with water to allow the ink to wick, drying again  and flicking water droplets before patting with a kitchen towel.  I used a mixture of 'clean' card and also some 'mop up' pieces to create different effects, and you also get the leftover pieces from under the sprayed stencil.

I've used the Dancing Lady from Rubber Dance along with some freebie stamps to complete.
The rest of the Design Team have some fabulous inspiration for you, so please pop over to the
main blog where you will also find all the challenge details.

I am entering this at Penny Black and More where the theme is Anything Goes

Things have been a little quiet around here, I took advantage of last weeks lovely weather to work in the garden, just as well as we've had a  cold and cloudy Easter weekend, typical of my part of the country!

Stay safe,
Avril xx
