Autumn Colours


It's time for another challenge at Fashionable Stamping and this time I chose  Autumn colours.  We are again sponsored by Flonzcraft who are offering one lucky random winner a $20 voucher to spend in their online store.
I love summer days, but when the weather changes I can't wait for the trees to change colour, love all the red, orange and gold of the leaves and  I'm quite lucky that I live on the edge of a wood and get to see the colours everyday, so  that's where my inspiration came from.
I have used Stampscapes Winter Mill, coloured lightly with  Distress Inks. My background was stamped with the leaf stamp in various inks, then sponged all over with Wild honey and my  'falling leaves' were given a coat of Distress Crackle.  My very talented teamies have some wonderful inspiration, so please pop over to the main blog to take a look, I promise you won't be disappointed .

    It's lovely, Avril - the delicate tinting on that fab mill image is so beautifully done, and I love the glowing colours around it. You could pop it in to the Autumn challenge at The Artistic Stamper too, if you fancy it!
