Week 8 of 12 Tags



Hello, still playing catch up on the 12 Tags of Christmas Funkie Junkie style, which is sponsored by the Funkie Junkie Boutique, and this is my take on Week 8

I loved the background and followed Linda's technique but used Brushed Pewter paint over the gessoed snowflakes.  I decided to keep to the blue/silver tones and cut and embossed the TH snowflake.  I painted it silver and then dabbed silver embossing ink and silver EP, heat setting to give some texture.  I did the same with the die cut sentiment.

I don't know where this week has gone, I really did intend to do a serious catch up - must try harder in future!

    Oh, that's fabulous! Love the silvery snowflake die-cut and the wonderful frosty look of the snowflake-laden sky in the background. Lovely take on tag 8. I'm getting there... as you saw - thanks for the lovely visit.
