Summer in the Garden at Stamping Sensations

The new challenge at Stamping Sensations this month is Anything Goes with the option of Summer in the Garden which the DT are following.
For me, what could be nicer than blue skies and pretty flowers in the garden,  I've used A&C 's Blooming Field stamped onto watercolor paper and coloured with of watercolor pencils and Inktense. The background was made by wetting the card and using a big brush to drag an inky mix across the paper.

There are some fabulous prizes from Lisa Horton Crafts so please check out the challenge post for all the details and remember, there must be at least one stamped element on your project.

Thanks for calling in, Avril x

  5. Your flowers look amazing against the intense blue background. It seems like you also fussy cut one of the flower buds to let it lap over the side mat which is a brilliant attention to detail.
