It's Springtime at Try it on Tuesdays

Its time for another challenge at Try it on Tuesday and this time its Springtime, as usual it's up to you what you create as long as you follow the theme.
For my tag/card I have used the Stampendous I Love Paris in the Springtime, image shaded with Distress Inks.  The base tag was coloured with the Marbled Stains technique, them overstamped with the TH Papillion script., such a shame most of it was covered up with an embossed vellum and french script from an old book.  I stamped the TH film strip and then cut paper images from the Madam Paurade papers.
My flower was cut from fabric using the Tattered Florals die.

F at Alphabet Challenge

Hi folks, its time for another letter at Alphabet Challenge and this time it's 'F' and it was my turn to pick so I hope you like FEATHERS - but not just any old feathers - we would like to see REAL FEATHERS on your creation.
I have used the gorgeous Graphic 45 Couture papers, with a little distressing on the edges using Weathered Wood, the flower was in the stash box and of course my real feather.

Sweet Baby

Another Baby card - I actually made 4 over the weekend, and thought I would show this one as it's a Tent card, something I haven't made for a long time, and as it fits in with the current theme over at Try it on Tuesdays, it might give you a little inspiration if you would like to enter the challenge.  Also, if you pop over, you will see that we are having a DT call.

For this card I used PSX Moon Baby and nesti circles and scallop circles for the cuts.  To hide the join of the base fold, I added a piece of embossed card.

Flying Things at FSC

A Happy Easter to you and I hope you haven't eaten too many Chocolate eggs!
It's time for another challenge over at Fashionable Stamping and this time we would like to see 'Flying Things'
How you interpret this is up to you - they don't have to be of the winged variety - they just have to fly.

We especially need to see that the stamping is the focal point on the project and that this must follow the format of the theme.

My tag started life a while ago when I was playing with paint and embossing paste and stencils, then put in a 'pile for later', so I'm not sure what colours are on here.  The corrugated card, was stamped  with  TH Papillion script in Faded Jeans DI before adding the TH butterflies from the same set.  The roses are made using the Tattered Florals strip die.

More than One Fold and DT Call News

Hello ' I'm back from a lovely sunny break - and just in time for another challenge at Try it on Tuesday, where the theme this fortnight is 'More than One Fold' and if you pop over to the main blog you will see that we are hosting a Design Team Call, so please check this out.
For my piece I am showing a mini Album, that I made a few weeks ago when  'Mr. Mojo' went walkabout.  I followed a tutorial on U Tube, which unfortunately, I can't find again, but it used 9 x 6 envelopes. The papers are Graphic 45 Secret Garden, with a little bit of distressing with Frayed Burlap. This could  also be a great way of using up the hoarded scraps of paper we all have.

Favourite Technique at FSC

Time for you to show us your Favourite Technique over at Fashionable Stamping Challenges this fortnight.
Mine of course is stamping - and I do love Vintage, so this gave me another chance to use my lovely 'April in Paris' Oxford Impression stamps.    My papers are Prima Botanicals, distressed with Frayed Burlap.  The sentiment, (in a pack of freebies from Crafty Individuals) really suits this image.
My lovely teamies all have their favourite techniques to show, so please pop over to the main blog to see them. Use Beads at Try it on Tuesday

Time for another challenge at Try it on Tuesday and this time it's 'Use Beads'  this can be seed beads, or beads for embellishment - whatever you wish.
I  used  IndigoBlu  Anemone Corner, and  layered the petals for some dimension.  I added small black beads to the centers.  The sentiment and mesh are both Jofy stamps.  The rest of the DT have some wonderful inspiration for you, so please pop over to the main blog, where you will find all the details.
