Oh So Sweet at Try it on Tuesday

Our new challenge at Try it on Tuesday this fortnight is Oh so Sweet. 

I used an old Penny Black stamp and after Stamping in black, I made a mask to cover the girls before making the background. I made the landscape first using Distress inks and then stamped the trees and flowers using some Lavinia stamps.

Wings and Tails at Stamping SensationsMid Month at Stamping Sensations

 It's  mid month inspiration time at Stamping Sensations where the current

 challenge is Anything Stamped with the Option of Wings and Tails.

I used an Oxide mop up background and stamped a group of Tim Holtz Wildflowers.  The butterflies were coloured and fussy cut and I  curled their wings before attaching.

Go Green at Try it on Tuesday

 Go Green is our new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and you can interpret this by using mainly the colour green or maybe recycling.

I've chosen the colour option and as I enjoyed getting back into my journal a couple of weeks ago, thought I'd try and continue with this page.  I've used a Studio Light stamped onto a page that was sprayed with Bundled Sage Oxide, I moved the colour around using a dry tissue.  I've coloured the flower heads with Twisted Citron DI and then stamped the wording.
