Deep in the Forest is the new challenge at Try it on Tuesday, so anything you'd expect to see in the forest.
I've used Lavinia's Scenescapes papers that I won recently at We Love Stamping, this is the first time I've used these papers to create a background and I must say I loved the colours. I've used various Lavinia stamps to create the scene stamping in black and adding some white highlights with a gel pen.
I do hope that fox isn't looking at the pheasant and thinking he looks tasty - but as it's a magical scene I'm sure they are forest friends.
The rest of the DT have some fabulous inspiration for you, so please pop over to the main challenge page, where you'll also find all the challenge details.
Thanks for calling in,
Avril xx

Hi Avril, I think the papers are really fabulous, the colours are amazing, I thought it was one of your gorgeous inky designs first. Love the silhouettes too, a beautiful card. xx
Gorgeous scene Avril, your silhouette stamping really pops against the gorgeous Scenescape. I used one for the first time myself a couple of weeks ago and I really love them! xx
A beautiful scene on the scenescape.
Wow, such a magical scene! The colours look so beautiful and the way you blended them is perfect. It makes the perfect backdrop for all those forest friends - love it! Happy wishes ☺️. Hugs, Jo x
So nice to see what you created with the backgrounds Avril, it's a great scene but I do fear your spot on about the look the Fox is giving.
Saw a huge one rush across the garden Sunday and no surprise some of the baby bunnies look to be missing up the top paddock. Dare not tell Margo as she's convinced it's Peter Rabbit and family!

Its a lovely background paper and lovely images to use with it. I hope the fox is in a friendly mood.
Lovely background and I love the scene you have created, I'm sure Mr Fox would never dream of eating the phesant (not much !)
