Recycling at TioT

Hi Folks, This fortnights challenge at Try it on Tuesdays is - Recycle It - and we would love to see what you recycle and your finished project .

For my piece of recycling, I used 2 empty matchboxes left over from Christmas, unfortunately, I started sticking them together and then remembered to take my first photo!

So from this to this.....

I have seen quite a few altered boxes, so that was my inspiration for this challenge, I didn't look to see if there were any tutorials on altering, I just worked it out from the size of the boxes, and so easy. I now know where my little charms are!

I hope you will join us and share your Recycling  with us, and if you need any inspiration, my fabulous teamies have come up with some wonderful ideas, so please pop over here and take a look.
I am entering this at:
Creative Creations challenges - Letter B - for Box
Make it Monday - Anything Goes
Tammy's Scrapin corner - Anything but a Card
Challenges 4 Everybody - Anything Goes
SugarCreek Hollow - An Altered State

That's it for now, hope you're all managing to keep safe and warm, its hard to believe its  -  officially Spring!

Avril xx

That's a great idea, I'm going to have to burn more candles, just to get the empty matchboxes =)

What a great idea, I have a couple of big match boxes I was keeping for the kids to do something with. Must go and have a look to see if I could conjure up something as good as this.
Very pretty I love it.

I had to laugh when you said about forgetting to take the photo - I do that all the time!
I think you've given your match boxes a wonderful makeover and the fact that they are useful too makes it even better in my book.
