It's time for another challenge at Fashionable Stamping and this time the theme is Hearts and Flowers.
I'm just getting back to normal, but still have such a cough -I won't tell you what hubby says I sound like!
Anyhow, even though I wasn't crafting, the brain was willing, and this idea of hearts and dreaming of love took root. Like everyone of you, I have too much 'stuff ' bought for all the ideas, and then put away for 'playtime'. Need to change that!
I've had this chipboard heart for almost a year, it's about 5 1/2" across. It was painted with PaperArtsy Snowflake, and then a Matchpot cream, then distressed with Tattered Rose, Bundled Sage, Tumbled Glass, Frayed Burlap, and Vintage Photo DIs. Now for the stamping, first with a script on the right hand side, then the image, Rubber Stampeed 'Woman in Repose' was stamped onto tissue paper, and the hard outline torn away. The roses were torn from a paper napkin (bought a while ago - with good intentions) and and all added to the heart with watered down PVA. The word Dream is an Inkylicous stamp.
I hope you will join us for this challenge and show us your 'hearts and flowers' and if you need any inspiration, then my very talented teamies have some wonderful creations to show to please pop over to the main blog to see. Don't forget our sponsor for this challenge is Flonzcraft who are offering one lucky random winner a $20 spend in their online store.
I am entering this at:
Ali-craft challenge - Anything Goes
Eclectic Paperie - Altered hearts
Altered Eclectics - november - february anything goes
Artistic Stamper - Love is in the Air
Our Creative Corner - No More Shopping Sins
Well that's it for now, enjoy your Sunday.
