Hello, I can't believe it's the middle of April already and time for another challenge at Fashionable Stamping, Shirley has chosen the theme of Yellow, Blue and White this time, such lovely spring colours.
We have Flonzcraft as our sponsor and they are offering one lucky random winner a $20 spend in their online store.
The background for my tag was heat embossed with white EP, and coloured with Tumbled Glass DI. My Gibson Girl image is from our sponsor and you can find her here, she was stamped with black Archival and coloured with DIs. I've stamped words from Tim Holtz onto vellum and added a piece of film strip. My butterfly was cut and embossed, coloured with DIs and then coated with Crackle Glaze. My Yellow is my Tiny Tattered floral roses, which were coloured with Squeezed Lemonade.
It would be lovely if you could join us and if you need any inspirations the rest of the DT have some fabulous pieces to show, so pop over to the main blog for all the details. Just remember, we are a stamping challenge and do need to see real stamping that follows the current theme.
Thanks for your visit today, I do appreciate it,
Avril xx

Love your beautiful piece, great colour combo. Hugs, Valerie
Oh this is so beautiful Avril! The filmstrip idea is a really clever one and looks fantastic. And that has to be some of the best 'skin' colouring that I have seen...love the shading effect.

This is such a gorgeous tag Avril and you've achieved some beautiful shades of blue. I agree with Dot that the filmstrip is a great idea and it looks fabulous. The Gibson girl is beautifully coloured and everything on here just comes together perfectly, I love it! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Crafty Hugs, Sandra :)x

Great outing for a Gibson girl :-) she looks wonderful in those colours!

Now she looks the way women are supposed to look - full figured! She really is quite pretty and looks rather contented. Fabulous job Avril with the making of this tag - everything seems to go together so well!
I really like the way you have designed this beauty!!
