Anything Stamped with a CAS Option at Stamping Sensations

It's time for a new challenge at Stamping Sensations and this month we have a CAS option for you. 

There's also two fabulous prizes from Craft Stash for one lucky random winner.

Clean and Simple is something that used to really scare me  - all that white space! but now I quite enjoy the challenge.  I've used an old Stamps Happen stamp  that has a sentiment on the left, which I masked off and then used one of my 'wine' stamps, simply coloured with Black and Red Promarkers.

Oh So Sweet at Try it on Tuesday

Our new challenge at Try it on Tuesday this fortnight is Oh so Sweet. 

I used an old Penny Black stamp and after Stamping in black, I made a mask to cover the girls before making the background. I made the landscape first using Distress inks and then stamped the trees and flowers using some Lavinia stamps.

Wings and Tails at Stamping SensationsMid Month at Stamping Sensations

 It's  mid month inspiration time at Stamping Sensations where the current

 challenge is Anything Stamped with the Option of Wings and Tails.

I used an Oxide mop up background and stamped a group of Tim Holtz Wildflowers.  The butterflies were coloured and fussy cut and I  curled their wings before attaching.

Go Green at Try it on Tuesday

 Go Green is our new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and you can interpret this by using mainly the colour green or maybe recycling.

I've chosen the colour option and as I enjoyed getting back into my journal a couple of weeks ago, thought I'd try and continue with this page.  I've used a Studio Light stamped onto a page that was sprayed with Bundled Sage Oxide, I moved the colour around using a dry tissue.  I've coloured the flower heads with Twisted Citron DI and then stamped the wording.

Let's Get Messy at Try it on Tuesday

 It's time for a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and this fortnight we're getting messy, so I decided to dust off my journal - I haven't done any journaling for ages and I really enjoyed making this page.

I started with a watery coat of gesso, then some ink sprays.  I stamped my image - Freya from Art Journey stamps and then added some torn napkin.  There's some random music script in the background to tie in with the words.

Mid Month At Stamping Sensations - Anything Stamped with Option of Sketch

 

It's mid month inspiration time at Stamping Sensations, where we have a sketch option.

I've used Tumbled Glass for the inner and Chipped Sapphire for the outer shading, I used the mask again  so that my flower appeared to be peeking out of the circle.  I also stamped again onto white card and fussy cut the flowers and one of the leaves.
