She's Got the Look

Hello, it's time for a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and this fortnight the theme is 'She's Got the Look'.  so anything that's shows her style, face, eyes, it's up to you.

I created a  journal page using a stencil, it's quite large - this page is 6" x 8".  The page was covered with gesso and then sprayed with Tattered Rose Distress stain and dry brushed for a soft coverage.
After stencilling my Audrey, I used the Flourish stencil with Victorian Velvet DI, carefully avoiding the image.  The words are also from the same stencil.

The rest of the DT have some fabulous inspiration for you, so please pop over to the main blog where you will also find all the challenge details.

I'm entering this at the Library Challenge - Breakfast at Tiffany's

It's thick fog and damp here today after a lovely sunny weekend, it just shows you really do have to make the most of the weather when the sun shines.
Have a great day, whatever you're doing.

What a beautiful image, you've created a wonderful journal page Avril with that super stencil. We have had heavy storms and not much sunshine at all over the BH weekend, we really do have to make the most of every sunny day.

What beautiful stencilling on your page! And isn't that Audrey Hepburn aka Holly Golightly who is the main character in the book 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'?Which by coincidence is the theme at The Library Challenge - I'd love you to link up. https://thelibrarycraftchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2018/05/challenge-8-breakfast-at-tiffanys.html

What a beautiful journal page! The stamp you used reminds me of Audrey Hepburn who definately has "The Look" and I love the sentiment you included, so true 😁. We still have blue skies and sunshine here, we only had rain on Friday afternoon otherwise sunny days 😉. Wishing you a happy and creative week! J 😊 x
