Scraping in at the end of the month, but better late than never, I've made a journal page to join in at Art Journal Journey where the theme this month is Anything with Eyes chosen by Gill.
I started with some mop up paper, stamped the window, Freya was stamped onto tissue paper as I wanted to reverse the image, added some stencilling, background stamping and a sentiment.
I came across some greyboard covers and ring fasteners that were bought forever ago, so this will be the first page of a new (handmade) journal.
I am also entering this at Allsorts challenge which is Feminine

This is beautiful Avril. The colours are so soft and delicate in the background and I love the contrast of the black. Clever idea of using tissue to reverse the image .... I must remember that!
