I don't know about you, but I love making backgrounds and usually make a few with the same technique, this one was made when I tried Oxide inks onto glossy photo paper - I think it could be Twisted Citron. I've stamped my flower and sentiment onto the card and then again onto white to colour and fussy cut, which I layered after a few splatters with black ink.

Its beautiful Avril, do like to play around with inks and things but not really putting them to use which is annoying me...I love the soft feel to this and what a lovely image and sentiment.xx
I'm totally there with you on making backgrounds Avril, I find it can be quite addictive and have a drawer of them bursting at the seams, but on the positive side very useful when you need a card in a hurry.
I'm loving the soft tones of this one and it's a super sentiment as well, many thanks for sharing and joining in our current themes at Penny Black and More, Stamping Sensations and Allsorts challenges.
